Horrible experience. I had a virus on my laptop, and took it here to get it fixed. Not only were they extremely rude, but they overcharged me TO NOT EVEN GET RID OF THE PROBLEM! Now my laptop is bricked AND I'm down $75. The owner, I think his name is James, is a liar and a thief. Do not trust him, literally anywhere is better than this place.Also, check out their website. It looks like they got some freshman in college to create it for a school project. Horrible design for a company that creates websites, decent enough for someone who is just learning how to do it though.

Complete Hassle....Never again.*EDITED FOR THE RESPONSE*I think it speaks to your customer service that you need help "identifying" a true customer or not. Seems like my experience must be common if you have "trolls" taking time out of their day to leave you "bad reviews" for spite. But rest assured, I have better things to do with my time than that. The fact I was motivated to even bother with a review is my utter dissatisfaction, and to be frank the egotistical attitude I had to deal with for asking questions...Figure it out man, sounds like you got more than a few dissatisfied people judging by your response.

I had a wonderful experience with a different employee several months back, so I was inclined to use this company’s services again. Unfortunately, it seems as though the quality of work this business can offer has gone way down hill since he left.My experience with the owner of this company was miserable to say the least. They failed to resolve any issue that I addressed and refused to accept responsibility for their own wrongdoing. Personally, I wouldn’t do business with someone who ignores their customers and dismisses them.
