Allison is Wonderful! Love her as an instructor and a friend! She frequently receives compliments from her classes because she is clear and concise and is always willing to help and you can modify when needed. She also is very complimentary herself! Love you girl! :)

I always enjoy Allison's classes. She is 100% engaged and monitors each student closely. Her instructions are easy to follow and I love the extra instruction she packs in regarding body mechanics and general health & well-being while relating it to Joseph Pilates' method & history.
