“Impressed and very pleased! My gas water heater in my attic sprung a leak late Sunday night and was in need of replacement. I called Lexington Plumbing and Gas Monday morning. I spoke with Richard and told him what I had going on. He recommend converting over to a tankless water heater and provided an extremely reasonable quote to me on the spot. Richard said they could have all the material ready for the installation in the morning. The following morning Richard arrived ahead of his technician (A.J.) to drop off the heater and parts. While waiting for A.J. to arrive from gathering additional parts. Richard and I spoke and had a great conversation around our time in the Military. A.J. arrived shortly later ready and focused on getting the job completed. Both Richard and A.J. were extremely professional and friendly and a pleasure to do business with. Within an hour and half of me calling them, they were at my door and ready to work. They got the job done in around 2 hours, and included a concentric vent conversion from one brand to another.
