This is a great local gym with all the things I need to stay on track with my fitness! Elisa is very knowledgeable, thoughtful and eager to help. Highly recommend for anyone in the north Greenville/Spartanburg county area!

A big thank you to Elisa Miller, as she continues her education in Medical Fitness ,bringing a first of its kind Genetic testing to this area. Being in the Fitness industry for over 30 years , I have watched the progress and growth. Both Professional and personal. She excels in her knowledge of physiology and Nutritional guidance as well as genomic and testing analysis. She wrote the perfect Plan for success ! She is always willing to help in any way she can within her scope of practice. The Center is always clean and very well maintained. Elisa is responsible and Professional in her field of study. I recommend 5 star!

I've been a member here since late 2019. Small gym, but has all the equipment you need. It's a locally owned small business and the owner Elisa is very personable and responsive. It has 24 hour access, with cardio, free weights, and machines. There's also a room for pilates, stretching, yoga, etc. It's not an intimidating environment like other gyms, but more of a supportive and welcoming environment. Elisa keeps it clean and well maintained. I've worked out at other gyms in the area, but this is by far the best. There's a reason I've been a member for almost 5 years!
