Nicole is hands-down the best groomer I’ve ever been to. She was so gentle and patient with my dog, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. The cut was perfect — neat, even, and exactly what I asked for — and my dog came home happy, relaxed, and smelling amazing. I won’t take my pup anywhere else!
I took my Eskie/Husky baby to Yaps a couple of months ago. She came out looking GORGEOUS!! She even had bows in her fur. Taking my son's Samoyed (Appa) there tomorrow. I am certain he look extremely handsome when I pick him up
Our little diva Lilly is always looking her best after going to Yaps even with her being 14.
Yaps has to be by far the best grooming place we've experienced.
Not to mention they typically get your baby in & out in a couple of hours.
They are super friendly & always provide consistent great service.
Occasionally they will forget to put a bow or bandana but that is the only critique I have to give.
Side note: As a couple of people mentioned it's definitely pretty obvious that the one stars reviews are salty (former) employees, one review even admitted to being an employee in the review.
