did he not only show up when he said that he would,
but got a Couresty call letting me know when he was on his way from another Job.
Day 1 he reduced my bill by 80 dollars because of the hoiday and Tax Stuff.{he has them also}.
there was a Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detecter that went out that night.
he came all the way From Lancaster,S.C. and replaced a brand new detecter and a new Battery at 0 cost to me because he wanted to make sure that his customer's were happy!!!

First time I called him to my house for something it turned out to be on Duke power side so Snipes didn't even charge for coming out. The second time I had to call he was here in no time and had me fixed in no time at all. Friendly and nice. Highly recommend.Service: Electrical power restoration
Donnie and his team showed up at 8am Friday morning, (I was having a split system switched to a package)He had some some concerns on where to put the package unit, we talked and within a few minutes we had decided on a good spot and they got to work!Him and his helpers were very informative and professional, he explained to me how the package unit works differently from my old unit and how to program my new thermostat.He had some of his electricians show up and help speed up the job also, they were very good as well!Not long after 2pm I had a whole new system,Very good work from this team and very good clean up.Highly Recommend!
