I contacted Sistare Carpets looking for a certain flooring. They didn’t have any in stock, but after the phone call ended the lady named Pam went above and beyond to reach out to me to offer a similar option she had found. It was equally as great as what I was initially looking for. Pam then made arrangements for me and stayed in contact until I could come and collect the product. Their service was A+ and when I walked into the store I was shocked by the variety they offered. I highly recommend them and will be returning for future projects. Can’t thank them enough.
