I’ve been taking our clothes to Ms. Suzy for well over 20 years. Never had a problem with anything they’ve done. Dry cleaning, wash and iron, hemming my wife’s pants and blouses, repairing/replacing zippers. You name it they’ve done it exceptionally well. Ms. Minister is correct- they hem it where you pin it. A “One Star” ?? You got to be kidding.
