I had created my own mess (tried to change a thermostat and neglected to turn off power first). With my entire system suddenly down, I called Jimmy's and they gave me the option to either 1) have them come out or 2) they could talk me through the problem to see if I could resolve it on my own. Because of their guidance, I was able to figure out what was wrong and fix it on my own.So although I did not need them to come out this time, I know who I'll be calling for anything that comes up in the future!

My A/C stopped working on Sunday, August 13. I called Jimmy's Heating & Air bright and early Monday morning. I left a message on the voicemail and about a minute or so after I hung up, I received a call back. After speaking with the young lady about my issue she said they would be at my house in about 10 minutes. 10 minutes or so later, Jimmy and his wife were at my front door. Within minutes of arriving Jimmy had disagnosed the problem. He did however, check to make sure there were no other issues with the unit since it is very old. 20 to 30 minutes later, my A/C was working. They are very friendly, thorough, and reasonably priced.
