Just as the previous comment I had the pleasure to work a real estate transaction with Debra. I could not believe the lack of professionalism from Debra. She is rude and disrespectful. I quickly moved my real estate transaction down the street. I would never recommend this office only because of Debra Rowell.
Dec 2015
Her name is Deborah, if u need anything, a paper signed, a letter, something mailed. This lady in my eyes is useless ,thoughtless, and besides that, disrespectful. She could care less if it is a death , and my situation was. After my dad passed, I approached the office on Oct 29th to SIMPLY get a deed "retyped", was told maybe same day, probably more so the next . After numerous wasted phone calls etc NOT one time did I feel empathy or an apology that she was sitting on her ass on this, the attorney himself did call me back said he would get on it. Uhhhh it is Dec 1st, I still have not received anything, Go figure.. I am glad I left that poor excuse for a town in 2003 and I will never regret it. It is also business / people like her make me feel this way. The attorney De Venny was nice and respectful in his return phone call, but a business is only as good as the people u have working for u. Do not make promises u can not and will not keep, stay on top of your employees when u have someone call in about a situation, it is called customer recovery, For what it is worth, just got a call from the attorney himself while I was typing this, he said he will get it her priority 2 to 3 days, thanks for call, I will wait and see if it arrives..
