I’ve been a loyal customer of Downtown Craze Salon for many years, and I can’t say enough great things about them. Capri, the owner, is absolutely amazing—her talent, attention to detail, and passion for her work shine through in every appointment. She has an incredible way of understanding exactly what I want and I always leave feeling like brand new person. :) Thank you, Capri, and the team at Downtown Craze, for consistently delivering such amazing service.

Stopped in for myself and my son. I needed a cut and a beard trim and my son just needed the cut. Made an appointment and got ions for the next hour. Walked in and Allison was finishing with one cut. 5 minutes later I was up. Allison did a great job and was very detail oriented. I'm not very picky when it comes to a cut but when it comes to the beard, I get nervous. Allison did such a great job, she put me at ease. My son loved his cut, she did so well working on a 5 year old and making him comfortable. They made a first timer want to be a repeat customer.

I really enjoyed being a client at this salon. Jennifer really did an amazing job helping me with the damage that I had caused to my hair. She was very understanding & worked with me anyway possible. I absolutely recommend this salon to any & all people. They actually care for you as a person as well as your hair. All the cosmetologist there were very friendly but Jennifer was my fav.
