Toby came out today and we told him what we had, big black ants and fire ants. He explained his process to us and went on to say that realistically we would probably never get rid of the carpenter ants due to the fact that they nest in the trees around our property. But we can somewhat control the area that they roam. He spent a lot of time explaining things and asking us what our expectations were. Very professional. I highly recommend.
