I have been a customer of Imperial Pool and Spa in Lake Wylie for the last eight years. Lauren and Barrett have always taken great care of me, but when they are not there everyone else that I have dealt with at their store has also been a pleasure. They are friendly, helpful and honest and they never try to sell you things that you do not need. I recently had an issue with my pool heater and Kevin came to my home to repair it. Having something break is never pleasant but he made the experience so much better with his wonderful personality and knowledge. I am very grateful to have such a great business so close to home!

Just want to let everyone know how awesome imperial pool is! We have been using them for everything pool related for last 13 years, through 2 pools at 2 different houses. We use both locations and everyone is great with customer service, very personalized, especially LKW location. Kevin is absolutely phenomenal, so knowledgeable and thorough. He has helped walk us through problems/fixes on the phone numerous times and is incredibly patient!! We appreciate Imperial and everything they do to help keep our pool up and running so we can enjoy it :)
