Her presence is calming as she consults with you and discusses options. If she is unsure about the perfect color for your roots, she is confident enough to ask a co-worker and learn. She is highly skilled and helped me love my hair again as a natural brunette. She also gave me the perfect haircut afterwards to help tame my long thick layers. My hair is frizzy without heat but she showed me the perfect products to smooth the frizz! I can now get ready in half the time! Thank you for being you Hailey!
