“So I need to post. I have Rae as a stylist. She is PHENOMENAL. She gives great head massages during the shampooing and is a great visionary with wonderful color and trim skills. I would rate her a 10.Yesterday I came in to get my nails done. My nails have always been the same every time I get my nails and feet done. The station was clean; the technician practiced great hygiene; very attentive and nice; friendly. She knocked my some of the cuticle area on some of my nails bleed; bumpy application; a bit too rough on the bottom of my feet and around my toes.Within 6 hours or so, 8 out of the 10 fingernails broke at the soft spot and the 8 nails have broken off. Even though i got a manicure, I did not get a hand massage.I give the nail technician a 2.5/5 because she gave me a refund for the manicure, but she blamed my nails, therefore blaming me, for the nails that broke, even though my nails are the same when I get new tips every month and have never had pretty much all my nails pop off in less than 24 hours. Perhaps what was used to connect the tip to my nail or something else is to blame. I did give her a fabulous tip for Christmas.“
