I was there may 27th with Meagen (I think) and may 29th and saw Andy Carter. The entire staff was so clean, polite, efficient. AND that's the cleanest medical facility I've ever seen!!!! Even trash cans were spotless. Thank you again Caromont AT LAKE WYLIE, S.C., for taking care of me!

Been here twice this week for upper respiratory infection, and now double ear infection. Both providers I seen were very sweet and quick! Wait time was very short which I loved!

Was really impressed! Was able to get an appointment within two hours online but went early (kids ear infection) and went back with the nurse before I could even finish the paperwork. The nurse and NP were both thorough and very kind to my 8 year old.

The nurses and staff and doctors were fantastic, however, my frustration was with a break in the process. I took my L3 year-old in, they ran numerous test, mono, strep. Did an overall exam. They had sent out a test that they said would take 1 to 2 days for me to hear back. But in the meantime, they went ahead and put her on antibiotics even without a full diagnosis. After 2 1/2 days came and went, I reached back out to them and they told me that the tests were never sent in the first place. They just said oops sorry, not sure what the other shift did. I told them I still wanted to get the results as I was treating my three-year-old for something that she may not have. And giving her unnecessary pharmaceuticals. They essentially said just continue to give them to her our bad. That was it.

The urgent care here is convient, clean and the front desk staff and nurse practitioner that I had were wonderful. The male nurse that took my vitals could've been a little more polite but otherwise, great!

Clean facilities. Staff was kind and helpful. Nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and patient. Her diagnosis was excellent and I got my prescription right away. Thank you for taking the time to see me.
