I’ve taken my dress shirts to Waters for 10 years. Their cleaning warehouse burned down in June, and I haven’t heard anything from them or been compensated for the loss. Despite repeatedly going into the store, the employees call the corporate office when I’m there and inform them that I’m there. They promise to get to my reimbursement soon, but I haven’t seen any progress. These guys are horrible.

I'm just fed up. I've been using this place for 2 years and our dry cleaning is NEVER done when they say it should be. They also advertise alterations but guess what... The seamstress is NEVER on site. Go figure. I'm over it. After all the items I have surrendered to them, half come back with speckled stains that they claim were there before, the rest is late, late, late. No worth the frustration!!!!

Hope you don’t plan on wearing the clothes you take here again. Took a dress to get dry cleaned. Covered in stains when picked up. Still waiting for a refund. Wish I would have known. Could have ruined the dress for free.
