Everything went well highly recommend that you visit. The designer showroom is beautiful as well as the model home TOURS. Very clean and neat. Beautiful finishes are available. Looking forward to building my next home in the near future.

My wife and I are working with Donessa in the Charleston office. We are so pleased. Donessa is super friendly, professional, and efficient. She helped us tremendously in many ways. We cannot wait to see the final product!

I am not having a house built by Schumacher homes but there is a home on Old Military Rd. across the creek from me going up by them and those guys have been hard at work and knocking it out really fast and it looks pretty dang good. If I ever do consider building a house I will definitely contact them. If I could figure out how to post a picture of this house that I took, I would.
