There is nothing fun when a tragedy strikes but these tough situations will hopefully show you companies that still take pride in their work and believe in great customer service. Rainbow of Charleston (and Columbia crew helping out) managed the mitigation process when my elderly parent’s house was impacted by a storm with 85mph wind resulting in a tree in their home. The work was done efficiently and expertly. All those that worked on this project were so kind and helpful. Abby in the office was also an angel dealing with all the insurance drama. I would trust them for any of their restoration services and grateful for their amazing work.
