My name is Bill Karp and my connection with GLC in Ladson (and on the west coast as well) was through a freight forwarder importing goods from China. The Ladson team, specifically Lazaro Valdes and Steele Holman, were responsible for overseeing unloading of containers, sorting and collating goods, stacking on pallets, and prep for outbound shipping. I cannot express enough in words how professional and courteous these 2 individuals were in coordinating our goods and how attentive they were to ensure all of my requests and quality standards were met.
