So I called about a dozen or so people to assist me with a power surge problem. Asus refused to do anything even though it was under warranty and covered by an extended warranty. My insurance company agreed to replace my laptop but I needed a letter stating it was from the surge. Corey was the only one to assist me on a timely basis. Everyone else wanted to keep my laptop of a week or more. As a local firefighter we work some hard hours and my time is precious. I will take all my repair needs to this gentleman, so should you! Thank you Corey.

The service this gentleman provided me at in which not only made my day but for my system to work from trying to figure out for weeks is very impressive. Saved me tons of money as I wanted to replace everything on the motherboard, words can’t describe the excellence which is outstanding.
