I had an unexpected plumbing emergency when a pipe burst late on a Saturday night, and I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding service I received from 1-Tom-Plumber. From start to finish, everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, and truly committed to helping.
Addison, the customer service representative, was wonderful. She immediately reached out to find someone who could assist and was so kind throughout the process. Austin arrived that night to handle the emergency and quickly got the water stopped—he was fantastic and brought a sense of calm to a stressful situation.

Thomas Davis was great!! He was so knowledgeable and super friendly! He was able to come the next day after another company had no-showed on us and get it done. And he was faster and half the price of the other company!! We will use him for all our future plumbing needs! And his helper Dee was great too.
