Bill Milligan and his associate fixed our double kitchen sink, which had fallen and was leaking. They were on time, very polite and professional. Worst ever work, service and reliability. Hired to repute our entire house and left over 50 feet of polybutylene pipe in the ceilings. Hired to remove all polybutylene. Milligan Plumbing Plus is a dissolved company and has been for years. Owner Bill Milligan just uses that name. No recourse in court system to fight him because his company folded. Would NEVER hire or recommend. What goes around comes around. Bad news all the way around.
