Chris from Flowertown installed our new HVAC unit through our home warranty company. He boasted that he hand makes the boot and they stand behind their work. However, beware because he did not seal off the bottom of the unit on the pad. There are holes that rodents can get through to under your house. And that is exactly what happened. So now we have to replace ductwork that the rodents ate through. When I contacted him about this, he said that’s not my problem we don’t seal off the bottom. I said why didn’t you At least give us a heads up so that we could have handled that on our own- he said we don’t do that. Totally disappointed.

Flowertown installed a new air handler into my home and as of this month it has resulted in water damage and soak it to the duct system and left the drain lines not hooked up to drain the condensation properly he says he has pictures to show he had properly and started but he has not shown the pictures two different technicians identified the problems or improper installation that they say are from lack of knowledge to caused the damage that they caused to my home he has not showing any pictures to dispute the claim in a professional manner I said I would like to work with him to do it but he will not respond I gave them one star because the system asked for a rating but when you do business and don't want to resolve the work that you've done when it was poorly done then you're not a professional and don't deserve Stars

Do not use this unscrupulous company. My warranty company sent this guy out in November to fix my heat. He told me I needed a new heat pump that he could install for $3200. Why would someone who pays for a warranty want to pay out of pocket. I declined. They double booked him for my ac in June. A company name absolute Heating came and fixed my ac on Monday while I was in town. Got a gig in Atl so I left. My grounds keeper let him in my house to fix the already working ac. He called me for the $100 to tell me my capacitor was broken and he fixed it. I said my air was blowing like the Antarctic before I left. My unit was fixed. I already paid $100 service fee. Please call the warranty company this was a mix up. When I came home to my SC home 2 weeks later my backup ac was going and so was the condenser for the central air unit. I knew something was awry. The window unit was set on 78 so I knew there was a problem. I came inside and discovered my ac was blowing hot air. I had installed some cameras before I left. He clearly and intentionally messed up my unit. Run away from this unethical company.

Horrible customer service! They were assigned by my home warranty company, and never contacted us to schedule an appointment so we had to reach out to them several times before someone came out. We have now been without AC for a month because they’ve been unresponsive with following up to complete the service. We had to fight with the warranty company to assign another contractor.

They came out 3 times for the same issue and each time, I was told no issues found. I asked many questions about the issues. They submitted back to my warranty company “I do not know”. They patched one issue and called it a day. Three weeks later, another company came out and I was advised of what the real issue was. The evaporator coil was BEYOND repair and had been that way for quite a while. It wasn’t something that happened overnight. They turned a blind eye to get out of working with a warranty company. Had they been honest, I probably would have worked with them directly. In my opinion, that very shady and extremely disappointing. I would def not recommend. After discussing with others, this seems to be the norm. Do your research!

My home warranty company sent this company to my home. Colby came out ASAP and when that didn’t fix the problem, he explained everything very clearly to me about options/next steps. We opted to upgrade to a new unit and Chris regularly communicated and kept me up to date.

Put in an order for my Spring HVAC tune-up with American Home Shield and Flowertown was assigned. 11 days later, no call from them to schedule. I called my home warranty company to report the issue. They called Flowertown, who then called and left a message while I was still on the phone with the person who called them. After doing a quick check for online reviews and reading customer horror stories, I asked my warranty company to refund my money; I called Chris at Flowertown and told him he was not going to service my unit. He told me you can't trust Yelp reviews and to go to Facebook, so here I am, giving him a Facebook review. Poor response time--which is what many of the reviews I read complained about.

If you are looking for efficient, reliable and professional heating and air repairs, Flowertown Heating and Repair is not the option. Not even as a last resort. On, September 13, Flowertown Heating & Air, an agent of American Home Shield, installed an air handler unit in my attic. Everything seemed well until November 28th when I turned on the heat and got no results. Called American Home Shield who in turn dispatched Flowertown Heating & air. On November 30th Flowertown Heating & Air said a shortage caused a fuse to blow. Keep in mind the shortage occurred in the unit they installed. Mid June I began to notice discoloration in my bedroom ceiling which is right under the air handler. July 6th American Home Shield was called and A-1 Affordable was dispatched and the found the source of the ceiling stain - a broken drain pipe installed by you guessed it Flowertown Heating & Air. Fortunately, A-1 Affordable fixed the lead and resolved my a/c issues. The only thing left is my bedroom ceiling repair. Flowertown Heating & Air is not addressing the issue and refuses to take responsibility for damage to my bedroom ceiling. Their shoddy workmanship, lack of professionalism and general lack of concern is deplorable. Say No to Flowrtown Heating and Air. I wish I could give zero stars.

Would definitely use Flowertown Heating And Air, Llc. they were sent thru American Home Shield. Chris was in constant communication on arrival time. He diagnosed and fixed my issue no problem I wouldn't use ant one else
