This company was chosen by my realtor to conduct the repairs on my new home. On the day of the initial repairs, I stopped by as the new owner to introduce myself and thank them for the work they were doing. The older guy with the slicked back white hair acted like I was an absolute bother so that rubbed me the wrong way. Fast forward a couple weeks and the exterior and a few interior repairs remained. Understandably they had to postpone a few times due to weather. None of this was communicated well. I also had an "aged" AC unit that was supposed to be serviced. Instead of servicing and offering suggestions, they tried to upsell me a whole new system for 10,650 bucks. Oh but so nice of them to offer payment plans since they understood this is a big expense. Had 2 tenured AC techs come out and all I needed was a condensor. If they were honest I would of went with them. canceled the remaining repairs. As a vet I wanted to use veteran owned businesses for future work, but not this one.
Scooter did a great job at a reasonable price.
So far they have been very professional and have kept the work area clean. Dillon has answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable about what he is doing. They have been attentive and are easy to work with on my project.
