Customer service is five stars, quality of work is three stars. I'm willing to give an average here because the service really was that good but I couldn't in good conscience give more stars when my nails chipped in less than 24 hours, and that seemed to be a theme of earlier negative reviews. In general, the paint job wasn't great, almost see through when I requested opaque. The prices are simply too high for a manicure that doesn't last a day. Now, to the customer service, the conversation was great! The staff was very friendly, the warm neck pillow and blanket were pleasant surprises during my pedicure. I was given a bottle upon arrival and great arm and leg messages as part of the manicure and pedicure. The massage was not the best I've ever had, but no complaints, and again great service that made me feel comfortable and cared for. Ultimately, if you're looking for a relaxing experience with friendly folks this place is a winner, if you need a manicure that looks good and lasts you may need to look elsewhere.

I came to Synergy with no expectations because I could get a pedicure appointment while on vacation. My experience there was nothing short of exceptional! Susie gave me the best pedicure of my life paying extreme attention to detail and my individual needs. She took her time working on areas that really needed it. The results are beautiful! The Staff was kind and professional also and very aware of taking the important COVID precautions to keep their clients safe. Being 65 years old, I definitely appreciated that part of the spa experience.

I made a last minute appointment at Synergy with Susie when I was in town for a wedding. She fit me into her schedule and took into consideration all my time constraints. Attention young people: Lyft and Uber are very limited in the area so I found myself stranded at the andell inn and not having transport to my1:30 mani and pedi with Susie. I sent her a text to let her know I needed to cancel due to transportation. Susie being the compassionate soul she is offered to come pick me up! Talk about the personal touch of a family business. I had a wonderful experience with synergy and Susie. We talked, we laughed and I didn't have to move a muscle during my mani and pedi which was a game changer for a clumsy person like me. The view was impeccable as were the services. I can't wait to come back! It was meant to be Susie
