Audrey is the very best!!! She is smart, thoughtful , talented, and listens very well. She also takes the time to explain in layman terms the problems she sees and why she is taking the steps she takes to address those problems. Several years ago Audrey did intensive therapy with me to completely cure a sore shoulder. More recently I went to Audrey because of a worsening problem with the muscles around my ribs. In just two intense sessions, the problems were resolved. I highly recommend Audrey and the staff at Indigo Health.

Dr. Audrey is THE best! It’s hard to pigeon hole her into one discipline because she offers such extensive, whole-person care. Beyond skilled, she is also intuitive and knows exactly how to work with many different injuries and situations. She is a true gifted healer! Highly recommend her and her peers at Indigo Health!

I arrived in Kiawah for the Thanksgiving holiday with terrible lower back pain. Through several Google searches I was very fortunate to have found Dr. Tom Hewitt at Indigo Health. I’ve seen chiropractors over the years and can honestly say Tom was the best. The approach was different in that prior to making the needed adjustments he loosened the muscles through several medical massage techniques and stretches. He is very knowledgeable and explains each step of the process. I was not surprised to learn that Tom is one of the go to chiropractors for the CC of South Carolina and the Kiawah Golf Resort.
