Kevin came out to check my a/c today and the experience was probably the best experience that I have ever had. He is very knowledgeable and honest! The whole experience from the moment I called and spoke with the front desk to the service that I received was phenomenal! I will 100000% recommend Kevin and his team. ?
We called Kevin Robinson‘s AC to come out and look at our air conditioner on Tuesday. they called this morning and said Kevin would be here in about 25 minutes, but she was he went out to check our compressor and found the blade was 3/4 the way broken so therefore the compressor and the motor was not turning. Kevin took the measurements of the fan blade and said that he had called his office for them to start looking for one and he was gonna go back to the shop and see if you can find something that would work until he got the correct blade in. Having lived in Kershaw less than a year I had no clue who to call when my heater started acting up. I asked around and several people suggested Kevin so I decided to give the local guy a try. Glad I did. I called and talked with Wendy who was a pleasure. They were busy so I had to wait a day but Kevin came out and in no time had my heater running again. He was polite and knowledgable and didn’t mind me standing there talking his ear off. Unfortunately a wire nut had popped loose after he put it back together and he had to come back out. With a smile he fixed me right up and didn’t charge me for the call. Got my bill and it was very reasonable.
