“Called and talked to these guys on the phone and explained I had a problem with a jacket zipper, they told me they didn’t do jacket zipper replacements but was super helpful by giving me some tips to see if I could get the zipper back zipping correctly, and even told me to bring it by so they could have a look at it and see what I needed to do to fix it, the tips ended up working!“
