Royal Cleaners
“2nd Edited review. I did take several pieces of clothing in with specific instructions on some (tassels on a shirt that need to be wrapped, crease needs to be in the pants, etc.) When picking up my clothes, the woman and I went through each piece and they were done correctly this time. No surprise picks or holes in my clothing as the previous cleaning and my requests were honored. I will continue to use them and just make sure if anything needs special attention, that I let them know.
First Edited review. Thank you for responding to my review. Unfortunately, I did not notice this until weeks later after I picked them up. I will be more than happy to try your service again. You did excellent work on my fall and winter clothes. Hopefully after my next cleaning, everything will come back as expected. If not, I definitely will bring it to the employee’s attention to have it fixed. And of course, if it’s like your past cleaning, I’ll definitely raise the stars.
I have taken several pieces of clothing to this cleaners and they seemed to have done a good job. Unfortunately, this week they ruined a pair of pants. It’s obvious that they were laundered and not dry cleaned (had these dry cleaned at my old cleaners before moving here permanently). As you can see in the pictures, the waist band is all puckered and I have no idea how a tiny thread bare place on the seat and a small puckered bubble was done as well. Very disappointing…still looking for a really good dry cleaner.”
