If I could give you 1,000 stars I would. I had to put my 14 year old boy Knoxy down yesterday. I can assure you, it's the hardest thing anyone can ever do in a lifetime. Other than perhaps burying your own child. Riverbank made an absolutely terrible terrible thing the most pleasant experience I could have possibly imagined. When I'm ready, I'll get a new buddy. And I know he/she will be in great hands with Riverbank. Thank you for everything, from the bottom of my heart.
After experiencing questionable care with local veterinarians, we transferred all records to Riverbank and could not be more pleased with the level of attention, expertise, and knowledge that was recently displayed with our English creme golden.
Our technician Katrina went above and beyond to weed out every potential issue and Dr Roumillat provided a comprehensive evaluation within a level of communication that was clearly understood.
We plan on a long and fruitful relationship with Riverbank for all 3 of our pets. So grateful to have this valuable professional resource in our community.
Everyone we met was very friendly. The tech and vet explained things very clearly with details about why various things were needed. The vet gave a very thorough exam and explained our dog’s conditions extremely well and answered all our questions and concerns. They even bathed our dog with medicated shampoo and shaved some fur to help an infection.
