I would like to write some words of praise for our contractor, Sean Burns, and his business Reliable Property Managers. We had a 100 percent total renovation of our small, one bedroom villa at Mariner's Watch. For us, this was a major endeavor even though they're so many bigger, more luxurious places here on Kiawah. Sean and Patti made our stressful 9 month makeover seamless. We have used Reliable Property Managers as our property manager for over 15 years and we could not be happier. We own a beach house that we rent, so we depend on RPM for departure cleanings, inspections, routine maintenance and emergencies.For us, the face of RPM is Megan Burns, general manager. She couldn't be more helpful or more accommodating! Whether it is your rental calendar, repairs, concerns, etc., she goes out of her way to see that we are pleased. I use Reliable to keep an eye on my Kiawah property when I am not there. They are on top of things on a regular basis and will go the extra mile if you need something special. Good managers and very responsive.
