Chris Jones has been our big guy since we started last year with RPC Rollins Pest Control. He is easy to talk to and does his job. We have had no issues with him. We only really get service around our exterior of the house but sometimes need spraying around one of our out buildings.
The entire process was over and done with in about 20 minutes. Now I’m ant free for the next 6 months and my grandchildren can play in the yard. The technician was friendly and professional.
This is for the Lancaster location. I am signed up for their mosquito service. They came out last week to perform the service. It’s usually around every 20 to 25 days or so, anyway about three days afterwards, I noticed a large swarm of mosquitoes at night around my security camera. I got in contact with them the next day to voice my concerns. Miss Patty and one other helpful lady, I think Amanda, scheduled me for a redo of the Service. They asked me questions designed to help identify possible problem areas gave that information to the technician and Nick came out today to take care of it.
