“We bought a home downtown that was built in 1852, and decided to replace the roof as part of some upgrades we are making. I got four quotes. Three were in the same ballpark, and there was one outlier. I chose Lowcountry Roofing and Chance Nyman based on the visits he made with his crew chief and his obvious knowledge, along with reviews I saw.

We were not disappointed. As with all old houses, you have to navigate the BAR and the various anomalies with the house itself. In this case, decades ago a previous owner has laid a metal roof over a shaker shingle roof, so there was a lot of work, debris and complexity to the project. Chance and his team were excellent. We had good communication throughout, the crew pointed out things that needed attention, and delivered a final product that was as good as advertised.
