“I can't say enough good things about the instructors at this studio. I've been doing Pilates now for a year and a half and I'm stronger and able to do things, without strain, that I couldn't do before. I really enjoy the Cardio class as I unable to manage any other exercise to get my heart rate up.❤❤”
“This is a wonderful way to get your exercise. Low impact and well taught instructors.”
“Been coming here for years. Always clean, friendly helpful staff. Becomes addictive. Love pilates and warrior, also do blast a lot. Great exercise for bone density and general strength. Infrared helps with inflammation. Highly recommend.”
