We recently used Pella to replace windows in our church fellowship hall. They did an outstanding job. The windows look great and the service was top notch. They answered all of our questions and concerns along the way. We are extremely pleased with our experience.

Reviews
The best of the best in customer service and quality. I would never use any other brand but Pella!
Originally I made the mistake of buying my Pella windows for my kitchen from Lowes, because they were less expensive. The product was great, but the customer service from Lowes was terrible. They ordered the wrong windows twice! When I decided to do the rest of the windows in my house, I went to the local Pella store in Irmo and they were great! The customer service was much better and they were much more informed about the products than the people at Lowes. Would definitely recommend Pella, just make sure you get them from a Pella store!
