The windows are wonderful. Quality is top of the line. They are easy to operate and easy to clean. Experience with Pella was outstanding from the sales person to the installers. They all paid attention to the details, returned my phone calls promptly, and were meticulous on the installation. They went above and beyond my expectations.

We had an excellent experience with Pella. Sadly our sliding door warranty had just expired. We paid $150 to have the door insert replaced and hopefully we will have no additional issues with the insulation leaking out. The phone representative was very helpful and considerate as was also the service technician. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism of each of them.

They allow overnight parking but it’s pretty tight quarters in this place with a 53 semi. If overnight parking park tight to the building down the lane so their box trucks can pass. If you get the dock door closest to the entrance and exit lane it’s not too horrible to drive nose in to the entrance and pull to the far right corner of the lot in front of the dock doors. You will need to wiggle in to the dock. Kind of a pain but I was able to do it pulling a 53 in a full sleeper. Any of the other doors might require backing into the entrance and down the lane from the street.
