Excellent price and amazing install we were very pleased with the workers cleaned up everything!

So I will start off by saying that Chloe did an excellent job on the sale. The price for the windows you get was very reasonable. Labor for installing was fair. I was thinking about just putting them in myself but time was a factor. Overall I think the look we were going for was achieved and for the most part it was good. The install went quick and Daniel and his crew did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. They did however get the sound glass put in the wrong place and the interior moulding had the big gap with caulk filled in. This is where things have not gone very good. So the day after the install I had time to walk around and look everything over. That was when I noticed the sound glass wasn't in the rooms we had designated and had been put in the garage. Not a big deal because you can just move the sashes. So I called and let them know and they waited to schedule it and could get to it in a couple of weeks. So at this point I hadn't signed off on the funds to be released so I let them know when it was fixed I would release the funds. So then they could get to it the next day. Surprising how when your not gonna get paid opens the scheduling up. However, the lady that works in the office was the one to come out to change the sashes. I give her credit she tried her best and was very nice and trying to make it right. I ended up changing them because they were difficult to get out and get the clips to line up but at least she was willing to try and showed up. The next morning where I let our dogs out I noticed a white line on the picture window and noticed it was cracked at the bottom. So I called and let them know and they said it would have to be a warranty and they are back ordered so it would be a couple of weeks. So since I hadn't released the funds I was going to hold them but was told that they couldn't submit warranty work until it was paid. FOR FUTURE REFERENCE DON'T RELEASE FUNDS UNTIL YOU ARE 100% SATISFIED WITH THE ENTIRE JOB!!! I said ok and released the funds and they got the new frame ordered and I let them know about the moulding and asked for a black scratch kit just in case one of the black frames got scratched. So the window frame was put in for warranty towards the end of August and the 3 week must have meant 3 months because it didn't get put in until beginning of December. This is where my next problem comes. So the guys show up on time get the frame changed out and the moulding replaced. When I get home the moulding has a gap in it just instead of the bottom on the 45 and the other side isn't flat. Also, the gap between the wall and moulding. It acually looked better when it just had the gap on the bottom. However, I am remodeling the whole house and some people can't do trim well so I'll just do it myself when I get to the kitchen. They also didn't do the flashing around the window on the outside because they said the metal was damaged and they couldn't get anymore. So I called and asked to speak to the owner which I have still never heard from but the office called and said they couldn't get anymore metal and it would be a couple of weeks again. I complained because the entire window while under cover is wide open and a company the size of Window World can't get a roll of black aluminum? I know better because I work in maintenance and have plenty of friends with remodeling companies in the area and asked if they had a problem getting black right now and they said no. So after talking to the office all the sudden they have some at another Window World they can get and it will be scheduled to be installed. I did mention the moulding again and she said they would fix that why they were here. They came out put up the trim but left metal clippings and the caulking wasn't that great. I should have requested Daniel to come back out. They never touched or asked about the trim and only gave me the touch up kit after I asked. I guess I will caulk the hole and fix the trim. Also, the owner h
