Discussed concerns with dandelions and s few areas of dead grass. Also discussed today’s treatment. Jonathan answered all my concerns, provided recommendations and checked back with me before leaving. Very nice to work with and represented TruGreen in a positive manner.

I had high expectations from TruGreen to turn our lawn into a thick, green picturesque yard. I didn’t get that. It was hard to tell the difference before/after an application and I had to call every two weeks or so to get a weed service as the only thing that benefited from the fertilization was the weeds. Also during the initial “sell” I was told that they would do a soil sample analysis to determine the best combination for our yard. I never got the results. In fact I requested that one be done several more times during the season and never got the results.
