I had an exceptional experience with Rescue Air and Heating, thanks to Brent. During the recent snowstorm, I lost heat early in the morning. Despite dangerous road conditions preventing him from coming out in person, Brent returned my call immediately — on a Sunday — and stayed on the phone with me and my neighbor for hours.
He walked us through detailed troubleshooting and correctly diagnosed the issue well before another company was able to arrive. His professionalism, patience, and genuine concern went far beyond what I expected.

We’ve always been impressed with Brent’s work. The biggest factor is that he established trust with us and never tries to force us into purchasing nonsense add ons. The information is always helpful in understanding what’s going on with our system overall. The whole house filter is amazing! Getting to know the newest technicians, Chris & Nick has also been a very pleasant experience. They are both very friendly and knowledgeable as well. You can tell Brent runs his business with the customers in mind. Cannot recommend enough!
