We can’t say enough about Ashley Huffstetler ,Rob and Brent. We had a SHAW manufacturer issue with our 1st carpet install. These 3 went to bat for us to get SHAW to replace defective carpeting. SHAW REFUSED to replace our New carpet BUT Ashley , Rob and Brent went OVER AND BEYOND our expectations. Since SHAW refused to satisfy us, Lake Murray Flooring replaced our carpet at their expense. We were never upset with LMF but extremely disappointed in SHAW. We appreciate and admire the customer service care @LMF for making SHAW’s wrong , RIGHT!! Fantastic customer appreciation and service. We worked with Ashley H. at Lake Murray flooring and had a phenomenal experience from beginning to end. Ashley scheduled right away to come out to the house to measure and had us in the store within a few days to go over flooring options. Ashley had planned out a few options she thought we would like, but also spent a lot of time going over other samples as we figured out what colors and floor types would work best for our lifestyle. We were able to take a few samples home for several days to ensure we liked the flooring in our home.
