Friendly staff and a great team all around. They take care of you. After the install, they took care of everything and repaired everything requested, regardless of how minuscule. These men showed an unparalleled work ethic completing the tasks before them and not leaving until 100% satisfied. They were treated with complete respect throughout the whole process.
Value. That's what a homeowner wants when they're about to spend thousands of dollars own a new roof -- And that's exactly what I got with CMS Roofing. The entire process from the initial call to the final inspection was great. D'Lynn listened to my concerns and talked me through the timeline and process of getting a new roof. Then, Jeremy then came out to the house and presented us with the options for installation. The installation day went so smooth -- tarps were laid around the entire house lawn and plants. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but the few that I do mean that the company went above and beyond my expectations. 8+ years ago CMS installed our roof and did an excellent job. It weathered through all the summers and storms well, no leaks, shingles look great and people still comment saying that we have a new roof, because it does look very good.
Most recently Mike [the owner] stopped by upon my request to make sure that we are all good to go for another 8 years, and he has done the inspection, and everything looks great.
That’s another key point for me; the owners are very sensible people that are easy to work with and communicate with.
