Warren, was the most patient, upbeat and thorough young man, that I've met in a very long time, that takes his job very seriously. I hope I will be able to request him every quarter. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable... I'm a very happy customer!! The only thing that could have made this experience better, is if it was FREE!! Recently had Clark's come out to spray our home and was blown away at the professional of our technician Eli Pinckney. He was courteous, knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions! Highly recommend!
I initially called Clarks in Oct. 2023 for a problem with ants, inside and outside of my home. After the first treatment I asked them to return to spray outside again because ants were still there a week later. They responded quickly and I've had no problems since then. Kevin came in January for the triannual treatment; he called ahead when he was on his way and was courteous and efficient while here. I have been very pleased with the customer service Clarks has provided.
