They are very professional and friendly! Also, their location just off of asheville hwy in Inman is very convenient! They go out of the way to comfort and befriend your pet so that the experience is more enjoyable for them.

This place is amazing! I used Petsmart last time and the difference is INCREDIBLE. She’s soft and beautiful! She wasn’t even a nervous wreck when I picked her up! She was happy! Can’t say enough about this place. AND it costs less than Petsmart!

Very friendly people and professional. I took in a ragamuffin 4 month old toy poodle and came out with a stunning princess! I couldn't believe that she was the same pup! I can actually see her beautiful eyes now.
