I had an urgent need for evaluation because of a sudden change in vision in one eye and they evaluated me first thing next morning. They performed a thorough evaluation and were able to reassure me that the transient condition was not serious. Staff was kind and understanding of my concerns.
Redstone Family Vision has been wonderful for my family. They are so friendly and very helpful with all things optical. We had a slight eye emergency with one child, and they got us in that same day to make sure it was taken care of. When a pair of glasses have been left behind on a trip, they were very helpful in ordering another pair ASAP. We love the staff at Redstone!
From the receptionist to the Vision tech and Dr Patel, all great care! The manager is also the glasses person that takes all the eye prescriptions and orders the glasses or lens. He took great care to order exactly what I have asked for gave zero excuses like the last company!
Our family will switch over to this Vision Care!
