I wish I went sooner. After injuring my lower back 4 months ago, I feared that my pain and discomfort would become chronic. I'm truly grateful for Tanner and the Masi Fitness team who not only helped me fully recover from the pain, but also gave me the tools and confidence to return to my normal active lifestyle.The scheduling worked on my time and was tailored for my personal goals. The friendly team, clean & organized space, and intelligent programming made each session an enjoyable experience. I spent almost three months trying to resolve an incredibly frustrating and activity limiting knee injury. Based off a recommendation from my Weightlifting coach, I reached out to Mike for an evaluation. I was really impressed with the evaluation— I never felt rushed and he did a great job of explaining what he suspected was going on, and how his plan of action would address it. The plan always focused on how to keep me moving and strengthening me in a safe way. 5 weeks later, I am squatting, pulling from the floor, and split jerking, all pain free. I've been seeing Dr. Masi for many months with a rotator cuff injury. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the injury and set up a physical therapy plan that would strengthen the area while it healed. He even fixed my lifting technique. I would recommend him to anyone no matter the age or injury and will definitely see him again.
