Doctors Care offers urgent care services without appointments, seven days a week with extended hours. Patients describe the office as clean and friendly, with short wait times. The staff, including the PAs and receptionists, are consistently praised for being knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. Even when a patient's insurance was not accepted, the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating.
No waiting today, always easy for sports physicals, staff is usually nice. Please have staff sanitize hands upon exam room entry. The NP came in and did not sanitize his hands before the physical.
I had two appointments there in last few months. I have no complaints at all about their system, time management, staff, nurses, or physicians. They do a good job. Quick clean and easy to navigate.
I thought the office was friendly and respectful. The PA that I saw was very knowledgeable and professional. I am from out of state visiting my family and became sick. It was as pleasant experience as it could be under the circumstances. I would go there again if I needed to.
