Honestly one of the best experiences that I could have had was going there.. extremely personable, they do not treat you like a number or a policy it has been an extremely pleasant experience I went once last year and my whole family goes there now
My first time seeing Dr. Tom and he and his staff were all so nice and accommodating! I was seen on time, and didn’t have to wait to be fit for my glasses. Dr. Tom explained everything so clearly. It was a great new patient experience and I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an eye doctor who cares, has a clean and friendly office vibe and likes to be seen on time. Also! Great glasses selection. :)
The eye Dr has always been thorough. The staff is consistently helpful and polite. The treatment is the same with and without insurance. I have been seen for routine eye exams, 2 urgent appointments, contacts and glasses ( most I ordered from office.) Doctor is exceptional.
