“I want to take a moment to shout out the amazing Sage at Vivid. ?
Months ago, way back in May, my daughter asked me if she could get blue hair. I told her if she wanted it badly enough for it to be her birthday gift, that I would look into it. Due to her swimming, etc, I knew I wanted to get it professionally done so it would hold up a little bit longer than a home dye job.
Sage did such a great job explaining what was realistically possible to Emma, showing her pictures, was patient with 99 questions per second from my very inquisitive kiddo, and when the first trial disappeared way sooner than expected she got us back in to pivot and try it a different way. Emma loves it even more, and really enjoyed the entire experience. I have never seen her more thrilled with and proud of her own appearance and it honestly gave me life. Sage, your professionalism and customer service were top notch and I’m really grateful her first real, major salon experience was with you. Thanks for making her birthday dream come true.“

My daughter is 7 and she made the entire experience so pleasant from the receptionist to the stylist. We were styled by Sarah W., she was welcoming , and extremely talented . This was the first time that I have head heat on my hair since 2019. I have what most would call 4c hair, which most will not be able to manage.
