She then connected me to my sales representative (Tim Harrelson, Holly Hill office) to ensure I had the facts and reasoning on why the gas was not turned on. Tim is a deep well of experience regarding propane, including installation, codes & standards, proper implementation (beyond Edisto's part), and more. He helped me to understand exactly why the team (Justin, Leon) made the call - for safety! A stepdown regulator was needed to take the high pressure to a low pressure so downstream regulators would not be compromised. WOW! They did it for my family's safety!!!
