$400-$500 worth of brand new suit pieces lost or damaged in a fire over the summer. I gave them 3 new suits to clean and after a week delay they finally returned 1 piece from each different colored suit (wasn’t even returned a full set) and the other 3 pieces gone. I’ve tried contacting over and over about a reimbursement but Jessica left the company after the whole issue and gave me a generic company email that no one responds to. I used Door 2 Door for the first time last month and they are fantastic people.

Horrible! Don’t waste your time and money!
1. They have lost over $500 worth of my laundry.
2. They will not give me the owner’s phone number to resolve, I repeatedly ask how they are going to handle the situation and they shrug it off that they have not had a chance to talk to the owner. This approach of theirs is disgusting.
3. Horrific customer service, rude, couldn’t care less.
4. They issued me a credit for three of the items missing, but it does not come close to the $300 that I spent to purchase on those clothes. I have now made the decision not use them again and they will not issue me the balance of my credit.

Worst service ever !
The experience and unprofessional behavior is disgusting.

Nothing is done on time and the two ladies who work there are unapologetic for their rude behavior to the customers.

They have had such a bad reputation over the last 6 months that the County Sheriff has had to come out to settle issues between customers and the workers.

That speaks volumes that the Sheriff has been called to that location over dozen times.

Never use them, they are terrible people and their service is awful
